Dear ESI Partner,

In an effort to keep you informed of critical updates, we wanted to make you aware that we will be sending the following message to our mutual customer base. Please read this message in its entirety and call ESI Customer Support if you have questions. This message is URGENT and requires action by the customer in order to ensure they do not experience outages.

ESI is opening a new data center in Plano, Texas, to expand our network and ensure closer touch to any of your sites currently running out of our Los Angeles facility. Since this new facility will join our intelligent routing network, you have customer sites that may start receiving calls routed through the new data center when it comes online July 20th. Due to this, it is imperative that your customers’ sites have updated firewall rules to ensure that calls from the new facility are able to get through.
